Intake & Project Allocation

Create intake windows, then review project matches. Projects can be auto-assigned by project start time or manually assigned. Placements are configured after a project is assigned to an intake.
Auto-match rule
System suggestion: when a project start month falls inside an intake internship period, the project is marked as a suggested match. IO can accept the suggestion or manually assign another intake in the placement drawer.
